II. Film Portfolios will be broken into the following dates.
Film Proposals/ Pitch- due on Feb. 19th
Scripts for Films due Feb. 26th.
Technical Planning due March 2nd.
Short films will be due March 30th.
Film journals will also be due on March 30th
Film Self- Assessments will be due on April 9th.

The presentation portfolio or film portfolio consists of three products.
1. Research and planning journal organized in a binder. This documents all your contributions made to the film. This journal will serve as evidence for you when you reflect back on your involvement in film and assess its overall quality.
2. The Short Film- (SL 4-5 Minutes, HL 5-7 Minutes) on dvd.
3. The Presentation Portfolio Self- Assessment.

Students must chose one role for which they will be assessed. Choices include:

1. Screen Writer
2. Director
3. Cinematographer
4. Editor
5. Sound Engineer/Recordist
