Welcome to our online film wiki. This site will be a place that serves as a study guide for our textbook Understanding Movies by Gianetti. Each of you will serve as contributers to our website. I will be assigning sections that each of you will be responsible for teaching to the class and contributing to the site. Look at the reading and presentation calendar in the navigation window to the left.


Each of you will be required to add the following:

• Explanation of key concepts and vocabulary with quotes from readings
• Add graphics or photos that illustrate your points
  
• Incude a synopsis of movies referenced
  
• Links- add links that give more detail or further illustrate an important concept
  
• Study Questions for class review and quiz

There is also a companion website produced by the publisher and author that will be used for review and assessments. Reviewing all the study materials is highly recommended.
